I approach therapy from a holistic standpoint, where the client’s mind, body, and energetic selves are considered equally. I welcome any and all clients into a nurturing space for their internal exploration and healing. With a background in Child Developmental Psychology, I have learnt how support, inclusivity and encouragement are essential factors in the shaping of stable childhood foundations. My understanding of child development strongly supports my experience as a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist working with adults. I work with adults to help them heal and connect back to the inner child within themselves. By reconnecting to our inner children, we strengthen our intuition and begin to uncover our true selves. We are able to find safety and confidence in our abilities and can move forward with a deeper understanding of our vulnerabilities and beliefs.

I incorporate a variety of therapies during my sessions, consistently matching my approach to suit the needs of the client. Psychotherapy interventions, Hypnotherapy, Energy Work and Creative Expression are some of the main methods I use in the therapy room. My experience as a yoga instructor has also developed my interest in focusing on the way trauma is stored in our bodies. I look forward to supporting any client hoping to re-connect to their true selves.

Testimonials

“I was doubting going into therapy with Hanna since I was never provided with a comfortable environment previously; but it was a completely different experience with Hanna. She created a warm environment that made me regularly want to come back. Every time I came to my sessions, I was able to talk and be vulnerable while knowing this is a safe place and environment, I can truly let my guard down in. This allowed me to reach core issues that I never knew I could be so open about. I can never express how great I really feel after our sessions. I’m so thankful for the space Hanna has created for me and the comfort I feel is irreplaceable.”

“My sessions with Hanna have been really enriching for me. She has helped me look inwards, reflect on a lot of things that I have been avoiding, and has helped me realise things about myself that I never really thought would be possible, especially in a positive light. As our sessions progress, she has taught me how to be nice to myself, emphasizes on self-love and selfacceptance. Her approach is very fulfilling, because I feel that I am able to take my time and process my emotions in a healthy way. The space she provides is very safe and inviting. I recommend her to anyone who is struggling to open up and is thinking of starting therapy!”

“Therapy never worked for me or provided me a way to deal with my problems in the long run. Until I started to have consistent sessions with Hanna. I noticed patterns in my behaviors and was offered a different perspective in my life, rather than the routine checklist and diagnosis I used to be administered on the first couple of sessions, with previous therapists. This was a totally new and healthy experience I was offered with therapy; and I’m very grateful for that.“
