Fees
All practitioners at Insights Therapy Centre are qualified and professionally licensed. Fee differences are set by each practitioner to reflect individual practitioner experience, training, specialisation and practice factors.

Changes and Cancellations
While it is important to maintain regular attendance to your sessions we understand this may not always be possible. Should this be the case, we are happy to accommodate and work around these times with you, given sufficient notice.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a session please allow as much notice as possible as late cancellations and missed sessions are payable in full with less than 24 hours.
Payments
Individual Session payments are to be made at the beginning of each session.
All Packages are to be paid in full at the commencement of the first session. Kindly note that prepaid packages are at a reduced rate and therefore non refundable.
Payments may be made by cash or credit card.
