Life can get difficult and complex at times—leaving us feeling unsettled and overwhelmed as we’re consumed with distressing thoughts, emotions and circumstances. Whether you’re going through a time of crisis, struggling with a trauma from the past, finding yourself in a difficult relationship or finding your level of emotional pain too difficult to carry alone, therapy can be a powerful tool towards positive change, growth and a fulfilled life experience.

As a UK registered and accredited integrative psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, I strive to provide a safe, nurturing and empowering environment where you are able to reflect and gain insight into your feelings, behaviors and areas of difficulty. Over the past several years
I’ve successfully worked with adults, adolescents, couples and families seeking support for a wide range of issues.

My areas of clinical interest are relationships, depression, disruptive behaviors such as anger and anxiety, emotional regulation and infertility. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions—integrating various methodologies and techniques, such as psychotherapy, CBT, hypnotherapy and STST to offer a highly personalized therapeutic experience tailored to fit your personal needs, values and goals.

Together we will address and explore your challenges, fears and areas of distress while learning new strategies to overcome your barriers and achieve meaningful change. I believe that as humans, we thrive when we feel safe, accepted, connected, understood and at peace with ourselves and surroundings. By nurturing a sense of emotional wellbeing, we can get more out of life and have a healthier sense of self—finding balance and purpose. This is what drives us and pushes us forward with strength.

Throughout our journey, if you find yourself overwhelmed or struggling to cope, I am here to support you. I can assist you in managing emotions, improving self-esteem and confidence, discovering your identity and finding balance, peace and resolution. My goal is to empower you to overcome whatever you feel is holding you back while taking a new approach toward life—building a lifestyle with a mindset that enables you meet your life challenges and thrive.

Testimonials

“Munira, I came to you broken and hopeless. I was at the end of my rope. I never thought I’d be happy, positive, or succeed at anything in life. I wanted to kill myself and I was self harming regularly. The moment I sat down in your office, without saying a single word, I felt the weight of the world shift in my heart and I felt like I can see things clearly for the first time. Today, I am who I am because of your guidance, and your voice forever rings in my ears the second a shadow of a doubt crosses my mind. You made me believe truly in the power I have hidden in me, and now that it’s unleashed it will never be diminished or silenced again. So thank you.”

“Munira, Thank you for listening patiently and showing respect to my conflicting thoughts and mixed feelings. You are the only one who really understands what I am going through and the first person I turn to when it gets dark. Thanks for providing the strength and support I need through the toughest years of my life.”
