Our life is what our thoughts make it.” – Marcus Aurelius

The human experience can sometimes be challenging and overwhelming. We may face stressors or traumatic events that leave us feeling distressed and unable to cope. In those moments, you don’t have to face it alone.

As a psychotherapist, I provide you with a safe and judgment-free space where we can explore your areas of distress together in order to work on your healing. My approach mainly focuses on cognitive and behavioural techniques, but I also draw from various other methods in order to tailor the sessions to your needs and help with your recovery.

I believe that psychoeducation and building trust are essential pillars for successful therapy and I am here to assist you on your journey as you build confidence to change what you can and manage what you can’t change – at your own pace.

Together, we will build on your strengths so you can step out of your comfort zone, overcome
future challenges, and achieve your therapeutic goals.

Step with me into GROWTH!
