I offer a warm, honest space where you can breathe, speak freely, and start to untangle what’s been weighing you down. My sessions go deep — sometimes heavy, sometimes hilarious — but always real. I bring honesty, curiosity, and a bit of quirk into the room — and if a little humor or personal reflection helps something shift, we’ll use it.
I trust that things can shift, that clarity comes, and that even the heaviest moments can open — when we give ourselves permission to begin.
Clients often come to me navigating trauma, loss, identity questions, or relational pain. Together, we look at what’s underneath the surface and begin moving toward clarity, relief, and reconnection — with yourself and with life.
I’m currently completing a sex therapy certification through Modern Sex Therapy Institutes — an AASECT-approved program based in Florida — to deepen my work with intimacy, sexual trauma, and relationship dynamics.
This work is personal to me. I know how healing it can be to finally say things out loud that you’ve carried alone for too long — and to be met with care instead of judgment. Even in the darkest places, I help clients reconnect with hope, direction, and the belief that things can change. I’ll meet you where you are — but I won’t leave you there.
