Testimonials

“It took me three years to get myself to start seeking help. My depression became worse over the years and I stopped valuing life. I became suicidal when my family pushed me to consider therapy. Since day one that I met my psychologist Shireen I could feel things changing for the better. I started to learn ways to manage certain triggers that were making my depression worse. I will always be grateful to Shireen for bringing me back to life. She has been a great help and I wouldn’t think twice before recommending her and Insights to anyone who is going through turbulent times.”
“Upon talking with Shireen during the first appointment, I felt very comfortable from the very beginning. Shireen was welcoming, understanding and very professional. Shireen suggested CBT to me. I had not heard about this before. So, Shireen explained everything in detail, and it made my understanding very clear. Shireen ensured that I was pushing myself in practicing the techniques and that I was getting the best value out of each session. Nothing was ever a problem for Shireen. I would have no hesitation in recommending Shireen or Insights Therapy to anyone.”
