“Growth is not linear, but a journey; one filled with challenges and opportunities to push you towards your destination.”

I am a licensed psychologist with a master’s degree in childhood development and wellbeing. My special interest lies in supporting the youth on their journey toward positive change, personal growth, and emotional well-being. Whether it’s managing relationships, coping with academic stress, or seeking personal growth, the goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment in my therapy sessions where children can reflect, gain insight, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.

My experience and training in both educational and clinical settings have been instrumental in enhancing my understanding and application of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques. Tools such as play therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy are simply examples of what I offer to promote emotional regulation and effective communication. These techniques can be applied in academic counseling, career counseling, or parent coaching. As someone committed to helping others, I am dedicated in providing the parents a compassionate and personalized support that will foster their child’s growth and fulfillment.

Overall, my aim is to equip your child with the skills needed to navigate life independently and confidently. Each session will serve as a steppingstone towards a future filled with resilience, self-awareness, and a clear sense of purpose.
