Dentist, Psychotherapist, and psychologist by degrees, curious human by nature. I’m Dr. Aziza Yaser, an NHRA-approved and UK-licensed Psychotherapist based in Bahrain with 5 years of experience in the mental health field. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse populations. Each client I’ve encountered has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, courage, and the human capacity for change. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I believe in creating a safe space where clients can freely explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences, whilst finding the courage to tap into their resilience and potential for growth and positive change.
Drawing from various psychotherapeutic techniques such as CBT, Hypnotherapy, attachment theory, access bars and more, I tailor my interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
It’s not about where you start or end up, but how you embrace the process of living. I believe that enhancing the quality of life comes with embracing all aspects of life; the good, the bad and the ugly. There may be no shortcuts to change, but there is always a way to the therapy room.
With a lot of humour, honesty, and heart, I hope the space we share together gives you the confidence, trust, and skills to navigate your unique life journey.

Testimonials
“Reflecting on my therapy journey with Dr. Aziza throughout the past 2 years, she has worked patiently to guide me through several stages of mental and emotional challenges using diverse approaches, continuously building an understanding of what works best for me in different matters, and creating a validating space with her radiating warm energy that always encourages me to embrace my vulnerability and connect with my inner self on profound levels compassionately.”
“She has helped pave my way to having a better understanding of how my mind functions and how to process my thoughts, be expressively in touch with my feelings, and hold on to my glimmers of hope in the highs and lows. I’ve gained a huge shift in perspectives in many challenging areas and evolved my emotional maturity in the process as she keeps equipping me with the needed tools and awareness that enable me to apply the insightful learnings from the sessions in my best interest to keep growing into better versions of myself.”
“Deciding to start going to therapy was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and choosing you to be my therapist was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made too & it’s one of my greatest blessings. I learned & I still am learning so much about how to deal with my brain, I went from suppressing every emotion I’ve ever felt ever since I was a kid to expressing every emotion even if it’s not to a person, but I’ve learned to sit with my emotions instead of just suppressing it, I know I still have a long way to go but I know it’s a journey I’m willing to endure because I went from this broken shell of a woman to a woman who is still lost but knows her worth & to me that’s a huge achievement. Thank you for all that you’ve done & thank you for being you Dr. Aziza.”
