Tai Chi

Tai chi is often described as “meditation in motion”; it is a martial art focused on improving health and wellbeing. Originally developed for self-defense, tai chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. It aims for mind-body integration through vital energy, with benefits that include reduced stress, improved mood, increased energy and stamina, improved flexibility, balance and muscular strength.

Tension & Trauma Release Exercises

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. It safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
