I am a counselor for adults, teens and children. In my practice, my special interests are anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), anger-management, ADHD, autism spectrum, self-esteem and sexuality. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that serves as a safe space for healing. I prefer an empathetic, open and collaborative approach to my work, with a focus on compassion and freedom of expression without judgment. I intend to support you through the journey towards self-understanding, self-acceptance and getting to where you want to be in life. I incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities depending on your needs and preferences, such as Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), clinical hypnotherapy, gestalt, creative expression therapies, EMDR, sensorimotor, mindfulness and more.

I also work with children ages 6 and up, focusing on communication, self-expression and reflection through miniature play, creative expression therapies, and building confidence and understanding through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Play-based developmental therapies can help children build awareness, process difficult life situations and events, and express their emotions in a healthy way. I also work closely with parents and families throughout the process to monitor progress, facilitate relationships and how to support children at home. Whether it is you or a loved one seeking relief, I am happy to help.
