I am a UK-licensed psychotherapist and mental health practitioner with a Bachelor’s in Microbiology from Oregon State University. My special interest is in working with youth, team sports, and I work with all individuals. I believe that people already have the wisdom, strength, and knowledge to meet their challenges in life and I approach each therapeutic relationship with this foundation.
I believe that every challenge that you face is an opportunity to learn. Between working with families, youth, and immigrant communities, I have supported many individuals to navigate their emotions despite their harsh realities. Now, with an arsenal of tools blending hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, I will work alongside you to reach your therapeutic goals. Together, we steer through rough and calm waters alike, tapping into your wisdom, strengths and inner-knowing.
I know that making progress isn’t always a straight path. Sometimes, our journey in therapy surprises us with unexpected twists. I believe that as we work together and navigate these twists together, we’ll find the positive changes you’re looking for within yourself.
